A hazy golden ale with a pale straw hue and soft, diffuse cloudiness from the suspended yeast. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with moderate persistence, leaving delicate lacing on the walls. Carbonation appears gentle and well-integrated throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright stone fruit—peach and passionfruit—before tropical notes of mango and pineapple emerge. Galaxy and Simcoe hops deliver citrus and subtle herbal undertones, while the low malt bill remains recessive, allowing the hop character to dominate without astringency.

◐ Taste

Soft entry with immediate tropical fruit sweetness that evolves across the palate into mango and pineapple notes. The 50 IBU bitterness arrives mid-palate with restraint, balancing the fruit without overwhelming it. The body is light to medium, refreshing and approachable, making it equally at home with street food or on its own.

◑ Finish

Clean and relatively dry, with lingering fruit notes fading into a gentle herbal whisper from the hops. The finish leaves no harsh edges, inviting another sip.
