Púca Berry Hibiscus & Ginger

Tap to rate

A pink sour wheat beer from the brewery's mixed-fermentation line, made with a house culture of wild yeast. The base is brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander; ginger, hibiscus, rose hips, strawberries, raspberries and elderberries are added on top. It is cloudy and crisp. Fresh citrus and hibiscus dominate both aroma and flavour, and the acidity is tart but balanced. In Irish folklore the Púca is a shape-shifting spirit.
