The Jewels presents itself in a hazy golden-amber hue, with soft, diffuse light passing through the body. A pillowy head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with gentle persistence, leaving delicate trails of lacing with each sip. The haziness speaks to a deliberately unfiltered character, while moderate carbonation steadies the visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bold tropical fruit—ripe mango and passionfruit—layered over bright citrus zest, particularly tangerine and grapefruit skin. A whisper of stone fruit and peach sits beneath, supported by a clean, biscuity malt foundation that anchors the profile without asserting itself. The overall impression is one of hop-driven exuberance held in balance by restrained malt.

◐ Taste

Entry brings a lush, juicy mouthfeel with immediate waves of mango and tangerine. The mid-palate sustains the tropical and stone-fruit character while a moderate, resinous bitterness builds gradually, never overwhelming the fruit expression. The body is full and rounded for the style, with clean residual sweetness balancing the hop bitterness and a drying mineral edge emerging toward the back of the palate.

◑ Finish

The finish is smooth and dry, with pleasant resinous warmth lingering pleasantly without harshness. The aftertaste fades gracefully, leaving a clean hop character and faint citrus memory on the tongue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
