◐ Taste

The palate opens with brisk hoppy bitterness that carries the pine and resinous character through the mid-section. A citrus undertone provides balance and freshness, while the 7% ABV remains clean and unobtrusive, allowing the hop bitterness and herbal notes to dominate without astringency.
