◎ Appearance

Pours a bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a dense, white head that persists throughout the drinking experience. The color is characteristic of a well-crafted American IPA, with vibrant light transmission suggesting a clean, quality brew. Carbonation is crisp and visible, creating a lively visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by classic Pacific Northwest hop character, with prominent pine resin and citrus notes leading the way. Grapefruit and tropical fruit esters emerge beneath, complemented by subtle floral and spicy undertones from the assertive hop bill. Clean malt backbone provides just enough sweetness to balance the aggressive aromatic profile without obscuring the hop complexity.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and immediately hoppy, with the Centennial, Chinook, and Citra varietals delivering assertive bitterness and citrus complexity across the palate. The firm malt backbone supports the hop intensity without becoming sweet, maintaining excellent balance throughout the mid-palate. Flavors of pine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit intertwine with spicy hop notes, creating a dynamic and sophisticated drinking experience.

The finish is notably clean and dry, with lingering bitter notes and pine character fading gracefully without astringency. Carbonation provides a crisp final impression that cleanses the palate effectively, leaving minimal sweetness behind.
