◎ Appearance

A bright golden amber hue with excellent clarity, revealing the beer's crisp character. A white, creamy head forms readily and persists well, indicating proper carbonation and fresh brewing. The lacing clings nicely to the glass throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright citrus and pine notes from the classic Cascade and Centennial hop blend, with tropical fruit undertones from Citra adding complexity. A subtle floral character emerges beneath the assertive hop profile, while clean malt provides a neutral, supportive base without interfering with the aromatic expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with vibrant grapefruit and orange citrus notes that immediately engage the taste buds, supported by a medium body that feels substantial without heaviness. The mid-palate develops a pronounced hop bitterness (65 IBU) with resinous pine character that builds progressively, while underlying grain sweetness provides necessary balance and prevents the beer from becoming one-dimensional.

A long, satisfying finish with lingering bitterness that showcases the classic West Coast IPA style. The aftertaste remains crisp and clean, with pine resin notes fading gracefully into a dry, hop-focused conclusion that invites another sip.
