◎ Appearance

Victory HopDevil pours a bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a white, persistent head that holds throughout the drinking experience. The carbonation is crisp and visible, creating fine streams of bubbles that maintain the lacing along the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by assertive American hop character with pronounced pine resin and fresh citrus notes leading the charge. Supporting these are subtle floral undertones and a clean malt backbone that prevents the hops from becoming one-dimensional, creating a balanced and inviting aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bold hoppy bitterness balanced by a firm caramel malt sweetness that provides essential foundation. The mid-palate showcases bright citrus and tropical fruit notes alongside resinous pine character, all framed by a crisp, dry quality that prevents sweetness from lingering and maintains refreshing character throughout.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and dry with lingering hop bitterness and a subtle grain character that completes the journey. The aftertaste remains pleasantly bitter without harsh edges, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
