◐ Taste

The palate enters with bright citrus and hop-driven bitterness that builds steadily through the mid-palate. The resinous, herbal hop profile is balanced by a light caramel malt sweetness, though the overall impression is assertively bitter and dry. The 80 IBU delivers a clean, focused bitterness rather than harsh or astringent.

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus and resinous hop bitterness extending long into the aftertaste. A subtle fruity note emerges as the beer warms, adding complexity to the persistently hoppy conclusion.
