◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and citrus notes from Galaxy and Azacca, supported by herbal and floral undertones from Alora. Beneath the hop character sits a pronounced malty foundation—bread crust and light caramel—which anchors the aromatic profile. The dual-yeast fermentation adds subtle complexity without obscuring the hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with assertive bitterness balanced by genuine malt presence—uncommon in many modern IPAs. Sultana and Solero contribute subtle tropical and stone fruit notes on the mid-palate, while the malt carries caramel sweetness and a bready structure. At 80 IBU, the finish trends dry but never astringent, the malt providing ballast against hop aggression.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste lingers for several minutes with residual bitterness and malt sweetness in gentle opposition. A subtle warmth from the 7.5% ABV emerges in the throat without harshness.
