◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and lively carbonation throughout. A thick, creamy head forms on the pour and clings to the glass in distinct rings as you drink, leaving clear evidence of its passage.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—candied grapefruit and tangerine zest dominate, supported by tropical stone fruit notes of mango and peach. A resinous, herbal backbone from Chinook hops adds depth without obscuring the primary fruit-forward character.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with immediate citrus sweetness—orange marmalade and grapefruit—before a substantial, clean bitterness rolls through the mid-palate. The Citra and Amarillo dry-hop blend sustains fruity notes alongside the hop bite, maintaining balance despite the assertive IBU profile. Finish is crisp and notably dry, with minimal residual sweetness.

The bitterness persists with moderate length, leaving a dry, resinous aftertaste that lingers pleasantly on the palate without becoming harsh. The 8.2% ABV remains well-integrated, adding subtle warmth without obvious alcohol burn.
