Medium amber with a warm golden undertone, achieved through light toasting of the malt. The beer presents itself with good clarity and a firm, persistent head that leaves defined lacing as the glass empties. Carbonation is crisp and visible, maintaining the structure throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a pronounced bready quality from the Canadian Malz, underscored by light toasted notes that suggest warm grain and subtle caramel. A green, faintly resinous hop character emerges, contributing a restrained herbal and piney dimension without overwhelming the malt foundation. The overall impression is clean and approachable, with no harsh or overly aggressive elements.

Entry is light and crisp on the palate, allowing the toasted malt sweetness to develop gently before transitioning to a dry, bitter mid-palate. The 30 IBU bitterness is well-integrated rather than assertive, carrying a subtle hop resin character alongside the bread-like malt backbone. Body remains lean and refreshing, never heavy, with the carbonation supporting clarity of flavour throughout.

The finish is clean and persistent, drying quickly as the bitterness extends into the aftertaste. A trace of toasted grain lingers briefly before fading into a crisp, refreshing dryness.
