Lollihop
Dry, intensely bitter and very drinkable: Lollihop is a West Coast IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Sibeeria brewed it for the first time in January 2017, and since then the hop dose has only grown, with wheat malts joining the barley in the grain bill. The brewery calls it the flagship of its IPA range and always keeps a can or two in the fridge.
