Lollihop

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes from Citra and Mosaic hops—think grapefruit zest and orange pith—layered beneath with a subtle pine resin undertone. A delicate grainy sweetness from the wheat and barley bill rounds out the profile without dominating the hop-forward character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and dry, with assertive noble bitterness that builds through the mid-palate. The wheat malts contribute a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel that balances the 75 IBU bite, while citrus and pine notes persist alongside a faint herbal quality. The finish is bone-dry, allowing the hop bitterness to linger without harshness.

◑ Abgang

Bitterness holds the palate with impressive staying power, fading gracefully into a crisp, mineral dryness. The aftertaste remains hoppy and resinous without becoming astringent or overly fatiguing.
