◎ Appearance

Pours a clear golden hue with a substantial haze that catches the light—characteristic of the New England style. The head is dense and creamy, holding a fine Schaumkleiden around the glass. Carbonation reads as brisk and well-integrated, sustaining the visual appeal throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright pineapple and candied citrus notes, followed by a wave of ripe tropical stone fruit. Idaho 7 hops contribute a restrained piney backdrop, while the cactus water adjunct adds a subtle mineral lift. Beneath, soft Malz sweetness provides a supportive base without competing with the hop-driven character.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and slightly sweet, with the malt framework providing a gentle cushion. Mid-palate develops a resinous, moderately bitter hop presence that builds gradually toward the finish. Despite its 9.5% ABV, the body remains light and crisp, allowing the tropical and citrus notes to remain in focus without heaviness.

◑ Finish

The finish is slightly resinous with a dry edge, where gentle warmth from the alcohol becomes apparent late. Aftertaste lingers with residual citrus and a whisper of pine, fading to a clean, dry conclusion.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
