Maple Cinnamon Skokie Tail

Tap to rate

Named after Skokie, the otter mascot of the Gravenhurst Winter Carnival, and built around a deep-fried carnival pastry. Cinnamon, vanilla and maple sit on top of a brown ale base of Munich and coffee brown malt, which brings toasted bread, nutty caramel and a light cocoa edge from the Carafa Special. Lactose keeps the body thick and the finish sweet, with the spice lingering.
