Hopfenpflückerpils

Tap to rate

A wet-hop Pils and the brewery's most popular seasonal, released at the end of September. It is brewed with fresh green Spalter aroma hops from the brewery's own hop garden, where staff pick 72 plants by hand each year. Bottom-fermented and unfiltered at 11.8 °P, straw yellow and naturally cloudy with a fine white head. The green hops give a grassy, fruity aroma and a fresh, aromatic bitterness on a lean base of Pilsner malt. Slim, lively and light in the finish.
