P.I.P.A.

Tap to rate

P.I.P.A. is the Permon India Pale Ale. The brewery tells it as an English style, first made for long sea voyages to far colonies, where more hop additions and more alcohol helped it keep. Permon brews it top-fermented from four malts and two American hops, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with open fermentation, free of colourants, sweeteners and chemical additives.
