P.A.P.A. stands for Permon American Pale Ale and takes its cue from American craft breweries. It is brewed with two barley malts, two hop varieties and drinking water, hopped the classic way and again as a cold dry hop in two stages. The beer is medium attenuated, matured for a long time, unfiltered and unpasteurised, and fermented in open vessels in the brewery's usual way.
