◐ Taste

The palate opens with a juicy, medium body carrying layers of citrus and tropical fruit through the mid-palate. Wheat and oat contribute a soft, creamy mouthfeel and a faint grain sweetness that balances the 50 IBUs of bitterness. The bitterness integrates cleanly, arriving late and finishing dry without harshness, leaving room for the fruit to remain the focal point.
