◐ Taste

Entry is full and rounded, with a palpable malt foundation that avoids heaviness despite the 10.5° Stammwürze. The mid-palate develops a pronounced, well-articulated bitterness from the Edelhopfen charge (35 IBU), providing structure and grip without harshness. Finish is crisp and drying, with the hop bitterness lingering cleanly on the palate.
