◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity, the beer presents a bright, luminous character true to the Berliner Weisse tradition. A delicate white head forms on the pour with modest retention, displaying fine carbonation that suggests a lively, refreshing mouthfeel. The visual presentation conveys lightness and summer drinkability.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tart raspberry and passionfruit, the latter contributing subtle seed-like and slightly herbal notes. Beneath the fruit sits a clean wheat maltiness with faint floral undertones, reminiscent of wildflower honey. Kettle-souring has produced a sharp, clean lactic acidity without funky or wild yeast character.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and immediately tart, the acidity cutting cleanly across the palate without harshness. Mid-palate develops soft berry flavors and passionfruit seed texture, supported by a light wheat backbone that prevents heaviness. The finish is dry and snappy, the low 3.2% ABV allowing the fruit and acid to define the entire experience.

Acidity carries through to a short, brisk finish with lingering tart berry notes and a whisper of floral character. No lingering sweetness or fatigue—the beer refreshes rather than lingers.
