Eclipse Haze

◎ Appearance

Eclipse Haze presents a pale golden hue with a soft, hazy veil running throughout the glass. The cloudiness derives from suspended yeast and proteins, creating a diffused appearance rather than brilliant clarity. A modest, creamy head forms on the pour and clings gently to the glass walls as the beer settles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—mandarin sweetness and orange zest dominate the first impression, backed by a distinct fresh pine needle character from the Eclipse hop. Secondary notes of tropical stone fruit emerge beneath, but the citric and herbal qualities do the bulk of the sensory work. The overall aromatic profile is clean and forward-facing, with moderate intensity.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with the promised citrus and pine, arriving in a soft, approachable frame. Bitterness remains moderate and integrated, allowing the hop character to shine without harsh edges. The body stays light and smooth, giving way to a refreshing mouthfeel that supports rather than overwhelms the flavor delivery.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively brief, fading to a lingering echo of orange and pine that gradually dissolves. No sharp drying or astringency remains—just a soft, refreshing departure.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
