A pale golden haze defines this NEIPA, with suspended yeast and hop particulates creating a soft, cloudy matrix rather than turbidity. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with gentle adhesion, leaving fine tracks of lacing on each sip. Carbonation is moderate, visible as fine bubbles that sustain throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe tropical fruit—mango and papaya dominate, supported by citrus notes of grapefruit zest and tangerine. A subtle creamy sweetness from the malt underpins the hop-forward character, while soft floral and herbal notes from noble hops add refinement without aggression.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and juice-forward, with tropical stone fruit flavors rolling across the palate immediately. The mid-palate maintains roundness through a gentle malt backbone and subtle creamy texture, while bitterness remains restrained at 45 IBU—perceived as a balancing dry finish rather than sharp bite. The overall sensation is soft and approachable without sacrificing hop character.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with tropical fruit notes fading to a whisper of citrus zest and a lingering creamy sweetness. Aftertaste is refreshing rather than heavy, inviting another sip without fatigue.
