Brassneck
Brassneck is an imperial stout aged slowly in bourbon barrels and brewed with hazelnut, toasted marshmallow and coffee beans. Deep roasted character forms the base, and the coffee comes through clearly. Hazelnut adds a nutty layer, the marshmallow a velvety sweetness, and the whole leans towards dessert. At 11% it closes warm and long. Like the rest of the range it is unfiltered and unfined.
