◎ Appearance

A hazy golden-orange pour with a soft, pillowy head that settles into a fine lace. The unfiltered body catches light warmly, displaying the characteristic cloudiness of the New England IPA style without appearing murky. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting a gentle and persistent collar of foam.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens immediately with stone fruit and tropical character: bright mango and passionfruit lead, followed by tangerine zest and subtle citrus notes. Below the fruit sits a clean, restrained malt base with hints of pale grain sweetness. Herbal and piney undertones emerge on closer inspection, but remain well-balanced rather than aggressive.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and full-bodied with those same tropical fruit impressions—juicy mango and stone fruit—sliding smoothly across the tongue with a creamy, almost velvet-like texture. Mid-palate sweetness from the malt blends seamlessly with the hop-driven fruitiness, while bitterness remains polite and restrained at 45 IBU. The finish is clean and balanced, allowing fruit and subtle piney notes to linger without any harsh edge.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste fades gently with lingering citrus and mango notes giving way to a light, refreshing dryness. A whisper of herbal bitterness and clean malt backbone round out the conclusion without overstaying.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
