◎ Appearance

Easy Eddy presents a pale golden hue with pronounced cloudiness from suspended yeast and proteins characteristic of the New England style. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls, creating fine lacing with each sip. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, lending a soft visual texture rather than aggressive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lime zest and grapefruit pith—layered beneath ripe tropical stone fruit notes of peach and mango. Noble hops provide a clean, herbal frame without vegetal sharpness, while a subtle malt sweetness grounds the profile. Yeast character adds a gentle fruitiness that enhances rather than dominates the hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a soft, creamy mouthfeel that carries tropical and citrus flavors seamlessly across the tongue. Mid-palate develops a restrained but present bitterness—45 IBU provides structure without harshness—balanced by subtle peach character and a pillowy body. The low ABV (6.2%) allows hop complexity to shine without alcohol warmth or weight.

The finish is clean and refreshing, with citrus notes lingering pleasantly for several seconds before fading smoothly. No harsh bitterness or astringency remains; instead, a gentle fruity dryness invites another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
