Dizzy Rat

Tap to rate

Dizzy Rat is a hazy extra pale ale brewed with extra pale malt, flaked wheat and torrified rice and hopped with Cascade and Topaz. The brewery calls it soft, pillowy and light, with a zing of gooseberry; grapefruit and a little melon-like tropical fruit come with it. The wheat gives a gentle, rounded texture, the rice keeps the beer lean, and there is hardly any malt sweetness or bitterness to slow it down. The finish is short, fresh and slightly tart. It was added to the Rat line in July 2026.
