Laguna Baja

Tap to rate

A malty aroma opens this rich, dark amber Vienna lager brewed in the Mexican mode, with a full, creamy body, 5.0% ABV and 19 IBU. The name refers to the lagoons where the gray whales' southward migration ends: San Ignacio, Ojo de Liebre and Magdalena Bay. Twice a year those whales pass the brewery's doorstep on the Mendocino Coast, on a round trip of 10,000 to 12,000 miles.
