◎ Appearance

Deep amber to copper gold, brilliant and clear with excellent clarity throughout. The nitrogen carbonation produces a dense, persistent head with fine, tight bubbles that cling to the glass in consistent lacing. Body appears substantial and full, with a luxurious visual weight that signals the malt-forward character within.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced crème caramel and toffee, built from the rich European malt base and amplified by nitrogen's creamy impression. Beneath this sweetness lies gentle toasted grain and subtle bready notes. New World hop aromatics provide a restrained floral lift—chamomile and light citrus blossom—that prevents the profile from becoming cloying.

◐ Taste

Entry is malty and rounded, with immediate caramel and toffee notes that coat the palate smoothly. Mid-palate develops bready, toast-forward character with a hint of light biscuit, while the nitrogen integration creates a distinctly creamy, velvety mouthfeel. Bitterness remains minimal—the dry-hopped floral character provides balance without aggressive IBU bite, allowing the malt to dominate.

◑ Finish

The finish is soft and clean, medium in length, with lingering sweetness and a whisper of toast that fades gracefully. No harsh edges or excessive dryness—the close remains smooth and satisfying, inviting another sip.
