Malheur Bière Brut World Classic

Belgium·Bière de Champagne
Tap to rate

Peach, rose, apricot, vanilla, orange and lemon rind meet a silky strength and a powerful, dry aftertaste in this 11% blond, which the brewery calls the first bière brut in the world. Malheur's head brewer says it starts as Malheur 10. It is refermented a third time in the bottle, then gets the Champagne treatment: the yeast is gathered near the cork and removed by disgorging before the final corking.
