Landskron Weizen
Fresh yeast notes on the nose, together with ripe banana and clove. A soft, smooth body carries a hop bitterness in the background and a pleasant, fruity acidity; the finish is clearly fruity, with sweetness and acidity in step. Top-fermented, amber and distinctly cloudy under a full, creamy head. 5.5 % ABV at 12.8 % original gravity, brewed from wheat malt, barley malt, hops and yeast in the Görlitz brewery on the Neisse.

Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.
Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
