◎ Appearance

Sun Power presents a pale golden hue with pronounced turbidity characteristic of the Hazy IPA style. The head is creamy and persistent, with fine bubbles that cling to the glass in delicate lacing. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft mouthfeel from the outset.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical and citrus notes that dominate the bouquet—pineapple, mango, and orange zest emerge first. Secondary layers of stone fruit and resinous Edelhopfen character develop on the second pass, with a subtle background of soft grain sweetness from the malt. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no harsh fermentation notes.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a juicy, full entry that balances hoppy bitterness against a creamy, almost viscous body. Tropical and citrus flavors persist through the mid-palate, supported by a gentle fruity sweetness that prevents any harshness. The measured 40 IBU bitterness sits cleanly in the background, allowing the aromatic hop character and light malt sweetness to remain prominent.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with tropical and citrus notes lingering pleasantly on the palate. The light alcohol warmth (6.5% ABV) integrates seamlessly, leaving a refreshing aftertaste without any astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
