Stirling

Tap to rate

Grapefruit and lychee from Northern Brewer, Cascade and Simcoe, never forced, with a well-measured bitterness (38 IBU), a malty roundness and a long finish. It is the brewery's first recipe and, since November 2023, gluten-free: an enzyme treatment during fermentation rather than afterwards, with every batch tested below 5 ppm. Pale Ale, Carapils and Caramünch 3 malts, 5.3%.

Serve at 7–10°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Pint glass

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.

Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
