A wave of mango, pineapple and passion fruit on a velvety, almost creamy body, with only 20 IBU of bitterness, very low for a double IPA. Oat and wheat flakes give the texture of pressed juice, and Mosaic goes in cold late in fermentation. "Double" refers to the 8% alcohol, not the bitterness. Gold at the European Beer Star 2021 in the imperial IPA category.
