Beers similar to Malt Cap'Hops

Black IPA·Switzerland·7% ABV·One of 44 Black IPAs in hopIQ·

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Malt Cap'Hops's resinous and citrusy character. Tropical fruit and juicy citrus on the nose under a creamy head; the attack is round and carried by rye, then mango, passion fruit and orange zest take over, with a resinous hint and a touch of coffee and cacao from restrained roasted malts. No marked bitterness, and a soft, silky finish at 7%. The Black IPA take on the brewery's Porter Malt Capone, a limited winter brew.
