Weltenburger Hell
Weltenburger Hell is the abbey brewery's everyday Helles, sold as Urtyp Hell until the 2020 relabelling. It pours straw yellow and bright under a fine, creamy head. The nose is gently sweet and malty; on the palate softly balanced pale malt meets a rounded body and a quiet floral hop note from Herkules, Perle and Tradition. Bitterness stays mild and the finish is fresh. Brewed from pale barley malt at 11.6 °P and 4.9 % ABV.
