Barock Dunkel
Barock Dunkel is the dark lager the abbey brewery is known for. It matures for up to six weeks in the rock cellar and pours a warm brown amber with a compact, fine-pored head. Barley, caramel and colouring malts give an intense malt aroma with caramel and a touch of roast. The body is full yet creamy, a light sweetness is checked by a fine bitterness from Perle hops, and the finish stays malty. 12.5 °P original gravity, 4.7 % ABV.
