◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque character that reveals suspended yeast and protein matter throughout. A dense, creamy head forms on the pour and maintains good retention with fine foam lacing. Bright carbonation is visible as a steady stream of bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical fruit notes—mango and passionfruit—alongside ripe stone fruit, particularly peach and apricot. Bright citrus zest, especially grapefruit and orange oil, cuts through the fruit base. Subtle floral and piney undertones from the Simcoe emerge beneath, while the grain bill provides a soft, bready backdrop without assertiveness.

◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and smooth, with the fruit-forward character translating into juicy peach and citrus flavors that coat the mouth generously. Mid-palate remains balanced and creamy, courtesy of oats and wheat, allowing the hop character to remain bright without harshness. Bitterness registers cleanly at 50 IBU, providing structure rather than dominating, and fades gracefully into a dry finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus and peach notes that persist for several seconds without becoming cloying. A subtle hop resin quality appears in the aftertaste, maintaining interest as the beer warms slightly.
