Biere de Coupage

Tap to rate

Estery and funky, with a soft fruity tartness, Biere de Coupage is a young farmhouse ale cut with mature Jester King SPON and then dry hopped. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized and naturally conditioned in the bottle. The method borrows from the old practice of cutting aged beer with young beer, which historically took many forms.
