I Want to Believe presents a deep golden amber with pronounced haze and excellent brightness despite its cloudiness. The off-white head is generous and persistent, clinging to the glass with fine lacing as you drink. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by ripe tropical stone fruit—mango and passionfruit leap forward with candied intensity. Beneath this fruit-forward character sits a resinous, dank earthiness that grounds the profile, accompanied by bright citrus zest. The overall impression is one of restrained but unmistakable hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with juicy stone fruit and candied citrus peel, delivering a full-bodied, lush mouthfeel that speaks to solid grain backbone. Moderate bitterness arrives mid-palate and holds steady without becoming harsh, balancing the sweetness and fruit character effectively. The resinous earthiness threads throughout, keeping the sweetness honest.

The finish is clean and lingering, with pleasant resinous warmth that echoes the hop profile without overstaying its welcome. A subtle bittering note persists alongside the fading fruit character.
