Groac'h
Groac'h is a bitter, aromatic West Coast IPA at 7.0%, brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Nautile of Nantes. The hop character splits two ways: Dolcita supplies the tropical side, Simcoe and Idaho 7 the more resinous one, and the bitterness is pronounced. Golden Promise and German pilsner malt form the base; the mash is hopped and goes through a traditional double decoction.
