Beers similar to Handsome Jack

hopIQ found 10 beers with the same citrusy and bitter character as Handsome Jack. Handsome Jack is a dry-hopped IPA in the American West Coast style at 6.6%. Sweet orange leads, followed by juicy tropical fruit and further citrus notes. The bitterness is high and comes from a mix of American and Japanese hop varieties; Irish pale malt and a share of caramel malt set a rounded sweetness against it, so the beer stays smooth and balanced despite its intensity. It is named after Jack Criss, a 17th-century Irish pirate. Ranked by flavour match rather than popularity.
