◎ Aussehen

Groac'h displays a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with good persistence, leaving fine lacing on the walls. Carbonation is crisp and lively throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical stone fruit and citrus notes from Dolcita, layered beneath a distinctly resinous, piney character from Simcoe and Idaho 7. The double decoction malt bill contributes subtle grain depth without dominance. Herbaceous and mineral qualities frame the overall composition.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and moderately full, with the malt foundation of Golden Promise and German pilsner providing a soft, biscuity platform. Mid-palate develops distinct bitterness—60 IBU expressed as assertive resin and herbal notes—while tropical fruit characters from the Dolcita linger beneath. The finish dries steadily without harshness.

The aftertaste persists with a dry, slightly woody resinous quality and lingering piney hop residue. Clean and moderately long, without astringency.
