Hop-On

◎ Aussehen

Hop-On presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy character, the cloudiness arising from the suspended yeast and protein compounds typical of the style. A modest white head forms on the pour with steady carbonation evident throughout. The overall impression is bright and inviting, with good clarity despite the intentional haziness.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bold tropical fruit notes, pineapple and stone fruit taking centre stage, followed by bright citrus undertones that add complexity. Vienna malt and oat flakes contribute a gentle, biscuity sweetness in the background. Citra, El Dorado and Azacca hops work in concert to deliver a juicy, fruit-forward aromatics without any harsh hop bite.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a soft, malty entry supported by oat flakes that provide a silky body and subtle creaminess. Tropical and citrus fruit flavours unfold across the mid-palate, with orange emerging as a lasting thread; bitterness remains restrained at 20 IBU, allowing the fruit character to dominate. The low 4.3% ABV keeps the overall impression refreshing and drinkable without alcohol warmth.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry, with lingering orange notes fading gradually into a gentle malt sweetness. The low alcohol and modest bittering make for a crisp, sessionable exit that invites another sip.
