The cloudiness—characteristic of the New England style—comes from yeast and protein suspension rather than any fault, creating an inviting opacity. Moderate carbonation produces a gentle sparkle beneath the haze.

Stone fruit dominates the nose, with ripe peach at the forefront alongside subtle hints of apricot and nectarine. Edible hops contribute bright citrus—orange zest and lemon—layered with restrained floral notes that suggest honeysuckle rather than perfume. The overall impression is juicy and approachable, with minimal malt presence in the background.

The palate opens soft and full, delivering peach and citrus flavors that align with the aromatic promise. Moderate bitterness (45 IBU) provides structure without harshness, allowing the fruity character to develop across the mid-palate. A creamy mouthfeel—the brewery's signature touch—rounds the edges, while low residual sweetness keeps the beer balanced and drinkable rather than cloying.
