East of Eden
East of Eden is a New England IPA at 6.0 %, hazy and golden. Oats and wheat in the grist give it a smooth, silky feel and the haze. Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado go in late in the brew and bring big aromas of mango, pineapple and stone fruit. The taste is soft, smooth and juicy, driven by that tropical character. Originally sold as Outland NEIPA, it has become a year-round fixture of the range.
