◎ Appearance

Pale straw gold with excellent clarity and bright, translucent depth. A fine white head forms readily and maintains good lacing down the glass. Carbonation is visible and well-integrated, typical of a well-conditioned lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh herbal and grassy notes from the late-addition Hersbrucker hops, supported by a clean, lightly bready malt base. There is no aggressive bite—instead, the aromatic profile remains delicate and inviting, with herbaceous green tones that suggest careful hop timing.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and medium-light bodied, with a biscuity malt sweetness that gives way to gentle herbal and grassy hop notes. Bitterness remains deliberately restrained, allowing the interplay of grain and herb to dominate; there is no harshness or assertive finish on the palate.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and grassy, with lingering noble-hop character fading gracefully into a clean aftertaste. No residual sweetness persists; instead, a crisp, refreshing quality invites the next sip.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
