Oude Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'ancienne

Tap to rate

Pinot Noir from Alsace, 260 g of grapes per litre of lambic, gives this beer its grape character; the first sips are tart and funky, the finish dry and not wine-like. It started as a beer for Moeder Lambic's tenth anniversary, made with hand-harvested fruit from the Zusslin estate; today organic Pinot from Burger in Steinseltz goes in. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, 8.2 %.
