◎ Appearance

A bright golden hue with excellent clarity, presenting a clean, polished character that bridges traditional and contemporary American IPA aesthetics. The head forms quickly and maintains fine retention, building a lacing pattern that clings to the glass with each sip. Carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, supporting the overall sense of liveliness.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced grapefruit zest and citrus brightness, underpinned by a wave of tropical stone fruit character from the Denali, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops. A delicate floral undertone emerges on closer inspection, adding complexity without veiling the primary hop expressions. The pale two-row base contributes a subtle sweetness that rounds the overall aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a sweeter citrus character that builds the mid-palate impression, supported by a light malt foundation that avoids heaviness or cloying sweetness. The 45 IBU bitterness arrives cleanly on the finish without sharp edges, creating a balanced interplay between hop-derived character and restrained malt sweetness. The overall sensation remains clean and crisp throughout.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and moderately long, with lingering grapefruit and tropical notes fading gradually into a gentle bitter aftertaste. The mouthfeel remains clean, with no astringency or sticky residue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
