Wild Gooseberry Chase

Tap to rate

Bright fruity brett with pineapple, pear and gooseberry aromas; light citrus acidity, mild dried mango sweetness and a dry mineral finish. Wild Gooseberry Chase is a 5.6% ABV mixed culture saison fermented in French oak, re-fermented on two pounds per gallon of gooseberries from West Union Gardens and conditioned in the bottle, so some yeast particulate is expected. Hopped with Wai-iti and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh.
